hummus

one of the best things to dip veggies into

simple & quick

1 1/2 cups cooked/canned chick peas
3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
juice of 1 lemon or 2 tbsp
1 tsp sea salt
cayenne pepper or paprika

place all ingredients into a food processor and blend till creamy.
enjoy!
